    Job Summary:

    The Tax Senior Manager will join a team focused on providing tax compliance and tax planning for the organization. This individual is responsible for planning and coordinating the preparation of federal and various state tax returns of BDO USA, P.C. and its affiliates.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Planning and coordinating the preparation of federal and various state tax returns of BDO USA, P.C. and its affiliates
    • Reviewing tax workings and tax returns prepared by Senior Tax Accountants
    • Facilitating tax planning for estimated payments and general tax minimization for the firm by maximizing various tax attributes
    • Working in a dynamic environment to properly minimize the tax exposure to the firm and develop efficient processes, with a focus on automation, to ensure full tax compliance
    • Leading the income tax accounting function by planning and completing income tax provisions for financial statement purposes

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation, preferred
    • Five (5) or more years of experience in tax preparation, required
    • Experience preparing income tax returns for various entity structures, required
    • CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA), required

    Salary Range:

    $165,000 - $200,000 (National Range)

    $165,000 - $200,000 (Maryland Range)

    $165,000 - $200,000 (NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range)

    $165,000 - $200,000 (Washington DC Range)
