    PRIMARY FUNCTION:

    The Systems Coordinator works with other Learning Technologies team members to ensure the successful operation of the enterprise wide learning tools and solutions to drive optimum learning efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance for Christiana Care. This is a hybrid role which require some on-site work.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Actively learn and master various features in LearningSpace, Saba cloud.
    • Given appropriate training and practice opportunities, obtain Saba Cloud Learning Administration Certification successfully.
    • Learn and grow on the job and provide Tier II Helpdesk support for Service Now support requests and issues
    • With appropriate training, practice and support,
      • provide end-user technical support (troubleshooting, reporting technical issues, etc.) for the LMS when necessary, resolving end-user issues in a timely manner
      • manage audience, external user creation, profiles (merge and update), support Super Users
      • add resources/attachments, discontinue certifications, evaluator and instructor support, delete completion transcripts, content testing, define CE Credit, associate FOS and CE Credits with a course, create new and recurring courses and version, discontinue courses and classes, manage resources
    • Audit and monitor data integrity in the LMS
    • Conduct quality assurance checks on training materials as needed
    • Manage & coordinate various processes and documentation related to the LMS
    • Manage and support LS Support mailbox and requests Knowledge base Articles
    • Supports the team in all areas of Analytics/Reporting, User Management, Learning Management, System Administration and Learning Technology Support Program and Management.
    • Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices; reports to supervisor, in a timely manner, any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients, and visitors.
    • Performs other related duties as required.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
    • 0-2 years of equivalent experience in the field of business administration, informational technology, education, training & development, or healthcare.
    • Successful customer service experience
    • Helpdesk or end-user technical support preferred
    • A combination of education and experience may be substituted

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

    • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and public relations.
    • Ability to function as an active team member.
    • Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills, tact and diplomacy required.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Demonstrates expertise in required computer skills relevant to diverse project demands.
    • Strong attention to detail including ability to edit documents and enter data with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Ability to develop training aids and instructional materials
    • Ability to adjust quickly and constructively to changing demands and circumstances.
    • Ability to communicate with a variety of users and stakeholders at different levels utilizing different methods (written, verbal, visual)
    • Microsoft Office
    • Works with minimal supervision
    • Ability to organize and manage time effectively as demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple projects
