Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Design and implement effective Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and improve customer engagement.
• Manage Salesforce projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and measure the effectiveness of Salesforce implementations.
• Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and helprelated materials for users as database applications are developed.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role in CRM and platform management.
• Strong understanding of platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or equivalent experience.
