    Required Skills & Experience

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role in CRM and platform management.
    • Strong understanding of platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or equivalent experience.

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
