Position: Superintendent/Project Manager - Remodeling and Custom Build

Role Overview:

As the Superintendent/Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards of quality, on schedule, and within budget. From coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to managing client expectations, you will play a pivotal role in the success of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of the projects from concept to completion.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and designers to ensure project requirements are met.

Address any issues or concerns that arise during the process.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience as a Superintendent/Project Manager in residential remodeling

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of remodeling techniques, materials, and best practices

•⁠ ⁠Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure

•⁠ ⁠⁠Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Bonus)

•⁠ ⁠OSHA certification (Bonus)
