    • Operating duty in the Control Room
    • Creating/correcting Load Diagrams
    • Loading/unloading units
    • Updating KPI Database
    • Run order of units
    • Understand temperature and pressure to run cycles at for optimal temperatures/pressures with the allowed deltas.
    • Recognize which thermocouples to disregard
    • Understanding what temperature to start venting cycles at, and how large of a can/ring to use for loading parts.
    • Stack parts for optimal space usage.
    • Place thermocouples for optimal temperature readings.
    • Follow the established work procedures and control measures (including the use of PPE where issued) and any applicable Safety Health & Environment (SHE) rules.
    • Suggest areas for improvement to their manager.
    • Support improvement measures.

    We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
    • This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
    • Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior experience with heat treatment operation and/or drinking/wastewater management.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
    • Must be able to work overtime or any shift, including weekends as needed.
    • Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate the English language
