Minimum Education
Graduate of a Program in Discipline (LPN) - Required
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Computer proficiency required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association) - Required to be current upon hire

State of Tennessee or Multi-State LPN licensure - Required.
Proof of certification in IV therapy as mandated by the State of TN (ref: Chapter LPN Scope of Practice) - Preferred
