    NOTE:
    We are seeking candidates with a strong background in healthcare Account Management


    Position Purpose:


    Act as Primary Point of Contact operating health plan markets and operational departments such as Care Management, Disease Management, Nurse Advice Line and BH Crisis Line, and allow the Operations teams to focus on running the day-to-day business operations.


    Manage and maintain assigned account relationships (health plan markets and product team) and service responsibilities


    Work with Operations staff as needed, to resolve problems or complaints identified by accounts and manage account issues to closure


    Provide support and strategic business insights about products and services to management, peers and clients health plan leadership

    Collaborate with the project management team during implementations and in the establishment of strong account relationships while ensuring a smooth transition of services for members.


    Provide training to account staff as needed on the use and function of the products and services


    Coordinate the design, development and rollout of service enhancements and related projects as requested by accounts


    Interpret data and share Operational results with Health Plan Markets or Product Leadership during regularly scheduled meetings and communications with market leadership



    Leverage experience with Managed Care Organizations or Lines of Business such as Marketplace, Medicare or Medicaid, to provide valuable insights or opportunities for improvement.


    Coordinate the tracking of all account related complaints/concerns and ensure timely follow-up, including resolution with all appropriate operations, cross functional and/or market staff


    Assist in the development and completion of Account Corrective Action Plans


    Support the markets with knowledge and data during RFP's


    Ability to travel

    Education/Experience:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of related account management, client services or other related experience.

    Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.

    Experience with Managed Care Operations or account management experience with Marketplace, Medicare or Medicaid strongly

    preferred.

    Pay Range:
    $67, $121,300.00 per year
