    Job Summary:

    Provides nursing care to patients with a range of health conditions from simple to complex. Responsible for assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and coordination of patient care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage care for assigned patients
    • Monitor patient condition and document responses to treatment
    • Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products
    • Assist physicians with exams and minor procedures
    • Educate patients and families on care plans and hospital procedures
    • Coordinate referrals and collaborate with healthcare team
    • Delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year nursing experience
    • Graduate of accredited nursing program
    • Active Oklahoma RN License OR compact (eNLC) license
    • AHA BLS required
    • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification required
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Basic computer skills

    Preferred:

    • BSN
