    Responsibilities:

    Data Analysis:
    Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to evaluate compensation data, market trends, and internal equity. Provide data-driven insights to inform compensation decisions.

    Market Research:
    Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive within the industry and region.

    Salary Structure:
    Assist in the development and maintenance of salary structures, pay scales, and salary ranges. Recommend adjustments as necessary.

    Compensation Planning:

    Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement compensation programs and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives.


    Job Evaluation:
    Evaluate job roles and responsibilities to ensure accurate job classifications and equitable pay practices.

    Compensation Communication:
    Prepare and communicate compensation-related materials, including offer letters, compensation statements, and policies, to employees and management.

    Compliance:
    Stay updated on federal and state regulations related to compensation and benefits. Ensure the organization's practices are compliant with relevant laws.

    Performance Management:
    Assist in integrating compensation and performance management processes to support employee development and engagement.

    Data Integrity:
    Maintain data integrity and accuracy in compensation databases and systems.


    Minimum Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role.
    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
    Knowledge of compensation principles, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and incentive programs.
    Familiarity with HRIS and compensation software.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
