    What this job involves:


    Our Transaction Management team helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs.

    The Transactions Management, Sr. Analyst will manage real estate financial models while fostering client relationships and business growth. S/He is a member of the team dedicated to providing real estate strategy and transactional management services. S/He works with clients to analyze estate strategies with a primary focus on their financials. S/He will have the ability to think strategically and act proactively. S/He will create strong client trust and confidence.


    Leadership:
    Act as a professional to establish the vision and strategy of JLL services to ensure the client receives exceptional deliverables
    Understand the client's key business drivers, focus the team to ensure those priorities are aligned with our deliverables
    Ensure that the account team is high performing and efficient
    Improve team performance by being a self-starter and presenting new ideas


    Client/Stakeholder Engagement:
    Establish strong trusted relationships with the client by attending regular client meetings and conference calls.
    Independently manages and analyzes complex, large transactions with high level of proficiency and knowledge
    Improve the client real estate financial analyst process
    Organize and improve financial reporting to the client
    Help the Transactions Management team to expand account services and participate in business development opportunities
    Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the client's business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services


    Operations:

    Responsible for:
    RE Financial models
    Cost per seat, divisional, and area (RSF/USF) financial analysis
    Financial models tied to office occupancy and attendance

    Works in conjunction with the client to create:
    Weekly Divisional Strategy Decks
    Quarterly Divisional Workbooks
    Quarterly RE Dashboards
    Quarterly RE Strategy Books
    Ad hoc Leadership decks
    Develop and implement standard models and processes for the account
    Drive client specific initiative such as savings targets, benchmarking and best practices
    Establish consistency in the reporting process
    Coordinate and support the Lease Administration team as they provide lease administration services to the account. Serve as an escalation point for any lease related issues.


    Requirements:
    A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
    Experience in the commercial real estate transaction/leasing space (3-5 years of relevant work)
    Real estate salesperson or brokerage license, desired
    LEED certification, desired
    Advanced understanding of real estate terminology
    Prior real estate financial analyst experience
    Strong analytical ability, both financial and qualitative
    Knowledge of commercial real estate leases and accounting procedures
    Advanced computers skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) required
    Superior interpersonal skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent presentation skills
    Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients
    Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize to manage time and workload
    Excellent organization skills
    Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
    A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
