    Dental Practitioner Opportunity at Smile Bright Dental

    Job Title: General Dentist
    Company: Smile Bright Dental

    General dentists play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating dental issues in patients. They ensure that individuals of all ages receive proper oral care and guidance to maintain dental health. If you have 1-2 years of experience, that's great, but we welcome recent graduates as well!

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate the condition of patients' teeth and create tailored treatment plans.
    • Treat decayed and damaged teeth, and perform extractions when necessary.
    • Discuss treatment options with patients and involve them in decision-making.
    • Review x-rays of the oral cavity for diagnosis.
    • Adhere to standard dental procedures and company protocols.
    • Refer patients to specialists when needed.
    • Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality care.
    • Manage appointments and schedules efficiently.
    Requirements:
    • Graduate of an accredited dental school.
    • Licensed to practice in California or eligibility to obtain licensure.
    • Experience in dentistry within the US.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Attention to detail and good listener.
    • Basic computer proficiency.
    • Completion of references and background checks.
    Job Type: Part-time
