- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in systems or data analysis.
- Proficiency with MATLAB.
- MS with 3 years minimum relevant experience, or BS with 5 years minimum relevant experience.
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- Experience with radar systems engineering and radar data analysis.
- Knowledge of signal processing and statistical data analysis.
- Familiarity with radar phased array data processing techniques.
- C or C++ programming skills along with Linux experience.
- Willingness to participate in field experiments which may involve travel.
- Develop system simulation frameworks, performance models/algorithms, threat models, and command/control models.
- Simulate user and system behaviors through software development.
- Integrate and utilize graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and visualization tools.
- Model operational environments for computer simulation-based trade studies.
- Perform operational analysis and mission effectiveness analysis.
- Potentially build training models for system operations.
- Hybrid work arrangement; onsite presence required 3 days a week.
- Travel estimated at 15%, not mandatory but considered a plus if willing to travel domestically/internationally.
- Interview process includes an initial pre-screen followed by interviews with Group Leaders and Technical Staff Team.
