The Kitchen Technician will be responsible for various processes associated with cannabis infused edible product development.The work environment characteristics and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Responsible for various processes including baking labeling and packaging cannabis infused edibles by hand or machine
- Acurate records data on using Company system and protocols which may include but is not limited to accurate counts inventory weights and measurements of cannabis infused edibles throughout the processing and packaging procedures liMaintains a clean compliant safe work environment; responsible for reporting any necessary compliance safety concerns promptly liCompliantly clean sanitize kitchen area as assigned by management which may include sweeping mopping kitchen floors sanitizing workstations cleaning tools equipment checking health code violations mitigating cross contamination risk liProvides input support as necessary new production creation recipes meets daily goals kitchen objectives KPIs set management assists tasks assigned Kitchen Manager
