    Job Description

    This Warehouse Associate position is responsible for warehouse organization and cleanliness. They are also responsible for various warehouse roles including, but not limited to, ensuring that all equipment, supplies, and materials are processed, stored, accounted for, and arranged in a manner consistent with The Stewart Organization's best practices. Performing certain inventory functions as well as assisting with deliveries to customers when needed. You will also be expected to communicate any challenges met throughout the day and provide valuable feedback for improvements

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting with Driver Checkout
    • Assisting with Customer Returns
    • Assisting with Cycle Counts
    • Ensuring HDD clears and documentation records
    • Transferring and physically moving items to their appropriate locations
    • Maintain overall cleanliness of Warehouse by emptying trash cans, sweeping and collecting recyclable items and storing them properly
    • Receiving deliveries ensuring appropriate piece counts and condition of items
    • Ensuring Serial numbers for serialized items using a packing slip
    • Operate machinery such as forklifts to properly store materials
    • Assisting with deliveries when needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent education
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Apps
    • Familiarity with warehouse equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks and lift gates
    • Strong interpersonal and verbal communications skills .
    • Ability to use RF devices for inventory management
    • Ability to lift 75lbs comfortably
    • Candidates must have a valid driver's license
    • Ability to drive 15' foot box truck
    • Ability to operate forklift after receiving proper training and certification
    • On seldom occasion, projects may require work to be performed outside business hours of M-F 8-5.
    • DFW Candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and able to provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire or submit a valid exemption.
    • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire. Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Stewart (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status).
