    L'OPPORTUNITÀ

    Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Store Manager coinvolgente e motivante per guidare il team del nostro nuovo negozio all'interno del negozio di Milano, Via Torino.

    Il nostro Store Manager dovrà creare una forte sinergia con il Team, fornendo leadership e direzione. Sarà responsabile di guidare il proprio team a offrire un servizio eccezionale, sostenendo la crescita e il successo di Dr. Martens.

    Oltre a concentrarsi sul proprio sviluppo professionale, lo Store Manager sarà una forza trainante nel coltivare un ambiente di lavoro positivo, mettendo sempre il benessere del team al centro delle sue azioni.

    IL RUOLO:

    • Operazioni quotidiane legate alla vendita al dettaglio (tra cui gestione del personale, formazione, vendita, visual merchandising, apertura e chiusura del negozio, amministrazione, operazioni bancarie e piante dei piani) in modo tale da soddisfare le aspettative dell'azienda.
    • Responsabilità totale per le problematiche di salute e sicurezza all'interno del negozio.
    • Raggiungere i KPI stabiliti in linea con i budget dei negozi.
    • Monitorare profitti e perdite e gestire tutti i costi del negozio.
    • Implementare e promuovere standard elevati nei servizi al cliente all'interno del negozio.
    • Assicurarsi che vengano seguite procedure adeguate per la gestione delle scorte, compresi inventario, consegne, prevenzione delle perdite ecc.
    • Collaborare con il Regional Manager e il Marketing per agevolare l'implementazione di strategie di marketing nel negozi (ad es. eventi, promozioni, vetrine, layout).
    • Gestire e sviluppare il proprio Team, per responsabilizzarlo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi prestazionali (fatturato di vendita, inventario, mystery shopping ecc.).

    • Precedente esperienza come Store Manager all'interno di un contesto Fashion.
    • Essere "Ambassador" del nostro marchio, pronto a incarnarne i valori e a ispirare gli altri a farlo.
    • Entusiasmo per le calzature Dr. Martens, pronto a contagiare anche i nostri clienti.
    • Capacità di ascolto, ottime doti relazionali e analitiche
    • Comprovata gestione del personale.
    • Approccio professionale ma al tempo stesso autentico e senza paura.
    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, testata in fase di colloquio.
    • Flessibilità oraria.
