Scientific Products an ATS Life Sciences Company is searching for an Electrical/ Mechanical Assembler to assemble electrical apparatus, control equipment and their sub-assemblies under general supervision while following drawings, procedures and other written documentation.
Reviews and follows basic electrical drawings, routers, and work orders as guidelines for assembly and installation of components; Secures assistance when required to interpret drawings or other documentation for completing a job.
Drills and taps holes to mount objects such as electrical boxes and conduit.
Measures, cuts and bends conduit.
Pulls wiring through conduit and wire ways.
Connects wiring to motors, valves and other components.
Cuts wires to length, prepares and terminates wire harnesses; Cuts, drills and fits brackets and supports for electrical enclosures.
Configures and fabricates panel layouts including drilling, tapping and punching of holes with knockout punch.
Utilizes various types of material handling equipment including hand trucks, carts, fork trucks, scissor lifts, etc. where required and available.
Completes paperwork accurately and timely as is required in the manufacturing process, including but not limited to: Time and Attendance Sheets and Nonconformance Reports
