    360 Physical Therapy is welcoming Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to join our team as Per Diem Float within our network of clinics throughout the greater Phoenix, AZ area.

    From per diem to part-time and even full-time, we have hours and scheduling options to work for you With options throughout Surprise, Maricopa, Mesa, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Sun Lakes, and more.

    Pay Rates: $28-35/hr

    • Individual pay dependent on location, experience and job-related factors.

    Position Summary: The PTA will work directly with patients to teach them different functional tasks and exercises intended to strengthen or stretch muscles, as well as alleviate pain.

    • Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
    • Follow individualized care plans for each treatment
    • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
    • Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
    • Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
    • Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Graduation from an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants
    • Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing with the State.
