Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job - School Based Setting

Area: Cottage Grove, MN

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract with Sunbelt Staffing

Start Date: Next School Year

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Cottage Grove, MN, for the upcoming school year. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students while working in a supportive and collaborative school environment.

BCBA Job Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other school staff.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement behavior support strategies and ensure consistency across settings.
Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and behavior interventions.

What You Need To Be Considered For BCBA Job:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Experience working as a BCBA in a school or educational setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
Must pass a background check and meet all other requirements for employment.
