- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Enterprise BDR team to consistently achieve pipeline and performance goals
- Ensure targets for booked meetings, Sales Accepted Leads, and revenue-related contribution are met or exceeded
- Align team activities with enterprise sales objectives through strategic and tactical planning
- Set clear KPIs, manage performance, and provide structured coaching and career development
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top BDR talent in partnership with BDR Enablement
- Optimize processes, policies, and rules of engagement to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain and report monthly and quarterly forecasts, analyzing pipeline metrics and implementing action plans as needed
- Relevant management experience supporting or working within sales-adjacent teams
- Proven success hiring, developing, and coaching BDRs to achieve measurable targets
- Strong business judgment, prioritization skills, and ability to build data-backed action plans
- Experience managing performance metrics, forecasting, and reporting processes
- High-energy, results-driven leader with a passion for developing talent and building winning teams
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting, CRM systems, and modern sales tools-including AI-based tools and team adoption support
