    HTI is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a brand-new multi-metal recycling startup in Augusta, GA. Aurubis is the leading provider of non-ferrous metals and one of the largest copper recyclers worldwide. This German-based company is known for their commitment to environmental sustainability, diversity, and their employees.

    With plans to be fully operational in mid-2024, this facility is expected to become a major player in the North American supply chain and a significant employer in the greater Augusta area.

    Salary is $110K - $115K based on experience. Straight time overtime pay will also be paid for any hours worked over 45 hours. Excellent Benefits Package. Relocation Assistance Package Provided.

    Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Supervisor to join our team.

    In this role, you will oversee a team of reactive electrical technicians and ensure that they provide timely and effective support to resolve electrical issues.

    You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the electrical team, scheduling work, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.


    Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
    Manage a team of reactive electrical technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.

    Develop and implement reactive maintenance plans and schedules, and ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

    Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards, and that all safety protocols are followed.
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure that electrical issues are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
    Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    Evaluate team members' performance and provide feedback to improve performance.
    Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
    Stay up to date with industry developments and technologies to improve team performance and efficiency.


    Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:
    At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
    Prior experience managing a team of electrical technicians or engineers.
    Strong leadership and communication skills.
    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
    Knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
    Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to electrical engineering.
    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Maintenance Supervisor Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
