    Description

    The objective of the position is to qualify and close opportunities which fit our ideal client profile. The SDR will operate in a matrixed environment supporting Sales and the patient experience from their initial inquiry with Bliss to post-op.

    Responsibilities:

    Initiate the sales process by reaching out to leads, conducting initial consultations, and providing comprehensive information about Bliss and our value offering.

    Close sales by establishing rapport with patients, addressing their needs and concerns, and effectively presenting our services while overcoming objections.

    Identify opportunities for recommending additional services by understanding the patient's aesthetic goals.

    Assist patients with preparing financing contracts through reputable lenders such as Care Credit and Cred Compare.

    Maintain a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day and be available for one weekend shift per week.

    Qualifications:

    Demonstrated success in sales, with a focus on business development and cold calling, preferably in a remote setting. Proven ability to navigate client objections, negotiate effectively, and drive sales closures. Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and building lasting relationships with patients.

    Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential traits for success in this role. Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Google Meets, Slack, HubSpot , and Air Call is advantageous.

    Compensation: We offer a compensation package that includes a competitive base pay rate of $25 per hour, uncapped commissions, and additional monthly bonus incentives.
