    SPA's Sea Land Air (SLA) Division supports a diverse portfolio of national security government clients, including the Undersea Enterprise, the Navy Surface Community, the Navy MPTE Enterprise, the Air Force, Army, DoD Agencies, DARPA, international clients including the Canadian Navy and Australian Defense Force
    Our primary objective is to provide timely, objective and analytic assessments that integrate the policy, operational, technical, programmatic and acquisition aspects of our clients' challenges
    Leveraging both in-domain and cross-domain expertise to maximize our clients' success, SLA Division acts as trusted agents to senior decision-makers and key leaders and excels at providing data driven analytic insights, systems engineering, strategies and plans that address current and emerging challenges to national security
    The AUKUS Group, within SPA's Sea, Land, and Air Division, provides timely, objective, analytic assessments that integrate technical, operational, programmatic, policy and business analysis to NAVSEA's AUKUS Integration and Acquisition Program Office and associated partner organizations
    Analysts and Engineers supporting AUKUS will continue SPA's decades of support to the undersea force and assist in developing a trilateral submarine force for the future
    This is a high-profile, major international program of significant importance to the future of the US Navy and its partners in an era of renewed strategic competition
    SPA has an immediate need for a Program Analyst to serve as a Foreign Disclosure Representative

    is seeking a Program Analyst to serve as a Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) for the Direct Report Program Manager, AUKUS I ntegration and Acquisition (DRPM AUKUS I&A ) Foreign Disclosure Offi cer (FDO)
    The role involves managing and releasing Classified Military Information (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) to support the AUKUS partnership, following national directives
    An FDR prepares and processes foreign disclosure requests and provides recommendations to AUKUS I&A FDO
    Key elements for the FDR position include: 1) Reviewing documents for release to foreign partners
    2) Consulting relevant policy and stakeholders to ensure compliance with foreign disclosure guidance, policy, and regulations
    3) Analyzing release requests for CMI and CUI
    4) Recommending the appropriate guidelines applicable to each product and recipient country or coalition group
    5) Ensuring the correct classification markings are applied
    6) Operating knowledge management systems to assimilate and analyze data from varied sources
    This role is located in Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC

    Washington, DC Pay Transparency Range:
    $90,000-130,000/year

    Qualifications Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2 years of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
    • Strong coordination and communication skills with government stakeholders
    Current DoD security clearance (minimum Secret level), and the ability to maintain it throughout employment Additional Qualifications Desired, but not required:


    • Experience in Foreign Disclosure Reviews, Security Classification Guides, export control, and International Policy
    • Level 1 Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure Certification (TSFD)
    • Degree in International Relations, Political Science, or Law
    • Military or DoD experience
    • E xperience in a DoD Program Office , Acquisition Office, Operational Command or paralegal functions
    • Project management experience
