    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This is a wonderful opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced environment where your skills are highly valued.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Prepare medications in a sterile environment, including but not limited to compounding sterile preparations and ensuring proper handling and storage.
    • Adhere to all relevant regulations regarding compounding, including USP 797 and state-specific pharmacy laws.
    • Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and medications, and ensure that the compounding area and equipment are maintained in a clean and orderly condition.
    • Work collaboratively with pharmacists to ensure accuracy in prescription preparation.
    • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all medications compounded and dispensed.
    • Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes to enhance safety and efficiency.

    Shift:

    • Monday-Friday: 1:00pm - 11:00pm
    • Possible weekend shifts.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Pharmacy experience.
    • IV sterile compounding experience.
