- Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful community manager at a 250+ front door count community
- Minimum of 9 months experience at current community
- Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead Team Members to perform to the TCC level of excellence.
- Strong understanding of financial plans with the ability to summarize and communicate results effectively
- Dedication to leading, mentoring, and developing a large leasing team
- Commitment to TCC Curb appeal standards, with a great eye for detail
- Strong technical skills with Entrata and Excel
- Proven track record of meeting the company customer service expectations and increasing reputation.
- Strong understanding of TCC lease and policies
- Foster creative ideas to increase ancillary income
- Eye for asset management
- Strong understanding of the service aspect of a community preferred
- Great floor plan management, and willingness to push rates with confidence
- Commitment to TCC Culture, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization
- High emotional intelligence and ability to effectively communicate to multiple audiences
