    Job Title

    A Journeyman Electrician position is available at Lane Valente Industries, a leading international construction and facility maintenance company.

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and productive individual to install electrical systems in commercial and industrial construction markets. The successful candidate will have excellent customer relations skills and be able to interact with customers, determine their needs, and provide solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Report to project work sites on time and be prepared to work.
    • Apply basic electrical and construction principles to solve problems and develop electrical skills.
    • Complete work according to national and local codes and learn the latest revisions of the NEC.
    • Assist with loading materials, digging trenches, pulling wire, and other tasks needed to complete projects.
    • Treat all customers, trades personnel, vendors, and fellow workers with dignity and respect.
    • Keep job sites clean and clutter-free.
    • Complete paperwork and turn it in when required.
    • Follow and enforce safety policies, programs, and training.

    Requirements

    • High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
    • 4 years' experience in electrical project installations.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Electrician's hand tools.
    • Ability to work with hands and multi-task.
    • Advanced electrical knowledge.
    • Valid state motor vehicle operator's license and clear driving record.
    • Applicable state certification.
