Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth across retail channels. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution, ensuring campaigns align with company objectives while delivering measurable results.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop retail-focused marketing strategies, optimize in-store experiences, and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales performance.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across retail touchpoints.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage marketing materials, merchandising elements, and promotional assets.
Support product launches and retail expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
