DescriptionQuality Engineer key responsibilities:
Implement statistical analysis and quality control methodologies to maintain product quality.
Quality Systems work within ISO 9001, AS9100, AS13100
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and prevent quality issues in precision manufacturing.
Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards.
Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
Recommend and implement process enhancements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformities.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality.
Train and educate personnel on quality standards and procedures.
Continuously assess and improve quality management systems and processes.
Profile
Successful candidate for the Quality Engineer role:
B.S. degree
Strong background in engineering with a focus on mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control methods.
Experience in precision manufacturing and knowledge of mechanical systems.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
A commitment to upholding and improving product quality standards.
