seeking two motivated and skilled Machine Learning (ML) successful candidates will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business problems for CVS stores.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for applying machine learning solutions. Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges across various domains. Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and data preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training and evaluation. Evaluate and fine-tune machine learning models to optimize performance metrics such as accuracy, precision. Deploy machine learning models into production environments and integrate them into existing systems or applications. Monitor model performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure model accuracy and reliability over time.

Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and tools, and recommend adoption of new technologies where applicable.

Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to build scalable and robust data pipelines and infrastructure for machine learning workflows.

Document code, methodologies, and findings, and communicate results effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.


Requirements:
Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.

Experience with data visualization tools and techniques for exploratory data analysis and model interpretation. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically about complex problems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in Agile development environments and using version control systems (., Git) is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
