    Description

    Warehouse Associate

    Responsible for warehousing raw materials and finished products, loading out-going trucks with finished product, receiving incoming purchased goods, and shuttling product to and from warehouses.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct physical inventory checks and update the system to ensure accurate restocking.
    • Operate a truck to transport goods between warehouses.
    • Load and unload finished goods and packaging.
    • Receive incoming raw materials, draw samples, and perform quality inspections.
    • Maintain bulk supplied raw materials in silo storage and adhere to Handling, Storage QOP.
    • Properly store and manage regrind and globs, keeping accurate records.
    • Assist the Production Department as needed.
    • Perform duties according to plant safety policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • High school education or equivalent, and 2-5 years of related experience.
    • CDL A driver's license.
    • Understanding of plant safety rules and regulations, including Hazard Communication.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Current fork truck certification.

    Physical Demands:

    • Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to work in high temperatures (up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit).
