- Monthly close duties to include posting journal entries, accruals and reclasses, account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Cash applications and reconciliations, including intercompany transactions
- Sales tax reporting
- Assist with inventory counts and evaluation
- Maintain fixed assets
- Provide backup to accounts receivable and accounts payable as needed
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- 2+ years experience
- High degree of proficiency with Excel
- Large ERP system experience
