The Role
As a Service Technician, you will be the face of our company, delivering high-quality service, repair, and maintenance for residential and light-commercial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Diagnostics: Troubleshoot malfunctions and determine the most efficient repair solutions.
- Quality Service: Perform maintenance and repairs with technical precision.
- Professionalism: Maintain a "white glove" environment—always wearing floor savers and keeping a pristine workspace.
- Fleet Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle.
- Safety First: Uphold a safety-conscious attitude on the job site and behind the wheel.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a successful HVAC Technician.
- Location: Must currently reside in Ocala, FL.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Requirements: Must pass a thorough background check, drug screen, and possess a clean driving record.
