- Plans, coordinates, and executes unit collective training at echelons ranging from Squad to Battalion; Assists unit leadership in planning collective training that will meet their training objectives; identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training
- Serves in a mentorship or observer/controller role when requested
- Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs)
- Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of training programs
- Prepares and presents briefing to organizational senior leaders
- Perform other duties as required
- Participates in special projects as required
- Education: AS/AA subject immaterial; BS/BA preferred; Military education of Senior Leader Course or an Officer Career Course is highly desired
- Required Experience: 4+ years of related work experience; with 2+ years of Military training at Battalion (S3) and above is preferred; Familiarity of Army Training Management; CATS and AST preferred; experience at Brigade and above exercise planning and execution is desired
- Required Technical Skills: Extremely proficient in the Troop Leading Procedures and construct of the 5 paragraph operations order (OPORD); working knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams use and functionality
- Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance is required with ability to obtain a TOP SECRET
- Required Skills and Abilities: TOC Ops; Superb verbal and written communication skills; Expert on all Microsoft Office products; Command and Control (C2) Information System proficiency is highly desired; In depth understanding of INDOPACOM theater and Joint Operations is desired
- Location: On Customer Site / moderate travel required to other customer sites throughout AoR

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely hourly rate for this position is between $ $41.47. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
