- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, college or university
- Licensure and current registration as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of New York
- BSN preferred
- BLS Certification Preferred
- One (1) year experience in critical care, emergency room, telemetry, cardiac care or emergency medical services experience required
- One (1) year experience performing venipuncture preferred
- Certified Home Care experience preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a car available for work use
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills required, I.e. software appropriate to position, word, excel
- Ability to prioritize
- Strong assessment skills required
- Ability to multi task

Seeks guidance from Clinical Manager when needed; Demonstrates ability to be depended upon as scheduled for work meetings, and/or in-service as requested.
