We are looking for candidates who are excited about furthering their careers as Outside Sales Counselors. Meritage Homes is committed to building energy-efficient and affordable entry-level and first move-up homes across the US.As an Outside Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for embracing our active sales culture to generate new home sales by leveraging relationships with Realtors and new home buyers.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge responsibilities such as accomplishing sales and customer service goals
- Maintain existing and cultivate new Realtor relationships through various methods that create long term partnerships
- Connect unrepresented homebuyers to Realtors and foster the partnership throughout the home-buying process
