    Growing Aerospace manufacturer in Commerce, CA is immediately seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Rep to join their team.

    *Full time opportunity, $27-$36/hr**Responsibilities:
    As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring exceptional support and addressing inquiries promptly. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver superior service.
    * *Quotations and Proposals:
    • Prepare customer quotations and proposals using company-established pricing guidelines.

    * *Sales Order Processing:
    • Interpret and communicate customer requirements to Engineering, Quality, Production, and Accounting through the use of ERP Software. Expedite orders as necessary.

    * *Customer Interaction:
    • Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Follow up on major quotations and oversee distributor relations.

    * *Order Management:
    • Review terms, conditions, and quality clauses for customer orders. Track shipments and update customers on order status.

    * *Issue Resolution:
    • Handle return authorizations, credits, or replacements as applicable. Provide product information and technical support to customers. Escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

    * *Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate sales records and complete required reports.

    * *Web Navigation:
    • Register and navigate customers' websites for orders, changes, and RFQs.

    * *Professionalism and Ethics:
    • Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.

    * *Accounting Support:
    • Assist Accounting in collecting past-due invoices and preparing Pro Forma Invoices.

    * *Quality Standards:
    • Oversee and maintain favorable customer ratings for on-time delivery and quality.
    *Qualifications:
    • BS or BA in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • Three or more years of experience in sales administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the aerospace industry.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Expertise with Microsoft Office products.
    • Order entry experience using a mainframe/AS400 system preferred (MAPICS desired).
