Job Description

Summary: Seeking a CNC Machinist experienced in Mill programming, setup, and operation with proficiency in 5-axis Mazak machines and MasterCAM.

Requirements:

Proficiency in reading/interpreting engineering blueprints, geometric dimensions, tolerances
Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code)
Ability to troubleshoot machining issues independently
Able to perform routine maintenance on CNC machines/tools

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CAM packages for top rate qualification
Familiarity with automation technologies in manufacturing

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and program 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills using Mazak machines
Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, GD&T specifications
Edit machine code to optimize machining processes
Perform maintenance on CNC machines for consistent performance
Collaborate with teams to ensure component quality standards
Utilize automation to improve process efficiency

Additional Information:

Position is for first shift with flexible start times (6, 7 or 8 a.m.)
Offers a one-hour lunch break
US Citizenship or appropriate work authorization required (ITAR regulations)

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
