    Job Description Manager of Media Investments

    Location:
    Ny remote, San Diego, hybrid in and out of the official. San Diego or NY. No relocation

    Pay - $50,000-$75,000


    Overview:


    A fantastic opportunity to "go client side," we are seeking a dynamic Manager of Media Investments with expertise in both traditional and digital media planning and buying.

    This role reports into the VP of Media Investments and requires strong negotiation skills and experience in implementing on and offline plans at the local or DMA market level.

    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth for The Good Feet Store, while also facilitating the processing of invoices and support materials and supporting overall corporate and franchisee development initiatives.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and execute strategic media plans across traditional and digital channels, with a focus on local or DMA market implementation.

    Lead negotiations with media partners to secure favorable terms and optimize media investments.
    Facilitate the distribution and confirmations of creative materials to all media vendors.
    Coordinate and facilitate the processing of invoices and support materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align media strategies with business objectives in support of the brand's corporate stores while assisting as needed on the franchise footprint.

    Monitor and analyze media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    Serve as a key liaison between corporate headquarters and supporting media vendors franchisees.
    Drive continuous improvement and innovation in media planning and buying processes that drive strong ROAS.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

    2+ years of experience in media planning and buying, with expertise in negotiations and on and offline plan development and implementation at the local or DMA market level.

    Proven track record of developing and executing successful media strategies that drive business results.
    Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with media partners.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
    Experience working in a franchise, retail, or multi-location environment is a plus.
    Proficiency in media planning and buying tools and platforms.
