Maintenance Supervisor - McKinney, United States - Blount Fine Foods

Shift: 1st (9A-6P). Need support for Off-Shift as required.

Maintenance ManagerJob Posting Details:
Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience as a Maintenance or Reliability Supervisor in a high-speed consumer Product Goods (CPG) Industry. Food Background preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Control systems.
Ability to lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program for the department and the facility.

Lead Training and Development programs for Maintenance DepartmentLead Asset Care program for the facility that includes Preventive/Predictive/Precision Maintenance programs, spare parts Optimization and others.

Support Facility Continuous Improvement and Engineering Capital projects.
Understanding of building Utilities and ammonia refrigeration system incl Process Safety Management (PSM) programLead Reliability Based Maintenance organization. Ability to take CRL or CRMP certification within first 12-18 months.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding Organization and leadership skills esp in People engagement and development.
Bachelor s degree in engineering or similar discipline preferred.
