    THE OPPORTUNITY:


    Our CNC Machinists are responsible for the setup and operation of our state-of-the-art CNC machinery, as well as the quality of the industry-leading tools we produce.

    we produce. We are currently hiring for all shifts; offering 3 and 4-day work weeks. Our newly built facility is in Gorham, ME, less than a twenty-minute drive to Portland, ME.

    The Gorham area offers easy access to great outdoor activities, safe communities, and quality schooling in both K through 12 and Colleges.


    IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
    Create/edit/maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding programs.
    Perform first piece and in-process inspection of product.
    Assist coworkers in keeping equipment running efficiently.
    Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized.
    Other duties as assigned.


    YOU'LL BRING:
    A desire to succeed in a fast-paced, growing company.
    Associate's degree in Machine Tool Technology preferred.3-5 years' experience as a CNC Tool Cutter.
    Proficient with Walter Tool Studio, Rollomatic Machines, and Windows Mode programming.
    Walter Helicheck programming training preferred.

    Demonstrated ability to follow Engineering documentation including but not limited to:
    Geometry specification sheetsProduct DrawingsJob routersProcess sheetsStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)High attention to detailAbility to work independently.
    Regular standing and frequent walking.
    Occasional reaching overhead and lifting up to 50 pounds.

    Our newly built facility 79,000 Sq. Ft. facility is located in Gorham, ME, less than a twenty-minute drive to Portland, ME.
