We're a tight-knit, boutique real estate firm, and we're looking to add a team-oriented high achiever who is looking to ramp a successful real estate career quickly.
If you're new to real estate, no problem. We're built around:
1. Inbound Leads from Zillow to help you get in front of clients and grow your sphere quickly (without having to pester your family & friends).
2. In-the-field coaching and support. We believe in leadership by example, so you'll have the opportunity to learn from and train directly with our top performers.
3. Team Environment with like-minded people who are hard-working, growth-minded, and disciplined. You become who you surround yourself with, so the mindset and character of the people you work with matter.
