    Description

    Locums Electrophysiology Job in Flagstaff, Arizona

    Clinical Role:

    • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 5 weeks for these open periods.
    • Weeks available: Aug 4-8, Sept 8-12, Oct 6-10, Oct 13-17, Dec 22-26.
    • Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm, Cath Lab at the Hospital, except on every Wednesday (8:00am-5:00pm) and second Friday of the month (8:00am-5:00pm), Telemedicine Clinic, and fourth Friday of the month (9:00am start), In-Office Clinic.
    • Night beeper call on Fridays.
    • Patient load: 20-22 patients per day in clinic.
    • Adult patient population.

    Department Description:

    • Will perform hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length.
    • Specializes in cardiac electrophysiology and ablations, specifically heart rhythm disturbances and Ablations - must show 100 EP cases in the last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations.

    Requirements:

    • Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE).
    • Arizona licensed.
    • AZ registered DEA.
    • No Cardiac Surgical Residency (CSR) required.
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
    • At least one year of experience.
