    growing, overseeing team operations, training your new agents, and ensuring that you meet your team goals. Growing a team is the most rewarding role in real estate. You succeed while you help others succeed. You also get to close your sales.

    • Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company's MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform
    • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sale
    • Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents
    • Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team
    • Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage
    • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards
    • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention
    • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales
    • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team
    • Team Sales

    Actively sells Qualifications:

    • Superb customer service and communication skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
    • Real estate license
    • Broker license or in the process of obtaining a broker license

    Sales experience Compensation:
    $80,000 - $130,000+ at plan
