- Operation of production equipment associated with the Blend/Fill department in a sterile manufacturing environment
- Disassembly, cleaning and reassembly of production equipment and work areas
- Preparation of liquid buffers used during the serial assembly process
- Blending critical components required for final serial batching
- Filling final serial batches using product specific filling equipment
- Assisting other technicians with troubleshooting and solving technical problems
- Manually record all necessary information immediately upon completion of a task and maintain records associated with Blend and Fill
- Assisting other manufacturing departments when schedule permits
- Maintenance of a clean work environment to assure sterility.
- Promote safety in all areas of work, professional courtesy, and a positive work environment within the company
- Basic math skills required
- General proficiency with MS Office
- Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and record keeping skills
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems
- Ability to work on equipment while standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting required; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- High school diploma required, Two (2) or four (4) year degree in any technical field preferred
- One (1) to two (2) years' experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

About the role
The Production Technician- Blend/Fill, reporting to the Operations Manager, is responsible for the final formulation and filling of vaccines based on proprietary SRP technology. This position works Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm.
