Job summary
The Tepa Companies are seeking a Business Process Architect to design,optimize and govern end-to-end business processes across the organization.
This role partners closely with business leaders,
IT and enterprise architecture to ensure processes are efficient scalable compliant
and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Analyzes designs and documents end-to-end business processes across functional areas
- IDentifies process inefficiencies risks and improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma DOTMLPF-P Analysis or similar methodologies
- Leds standardization optimization initiatives to improve efficiency quality scalability Develops maintains process models workflows documentation
