    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a Director of Recruiting to join our leadership team in the Evanston, IL office.

    This pivotal "player/coach" role is designed for a seasoned professional with a robust background in agency recruiting and a demonstrated track record of effective team management.

    The successful candidate will lead regional recruitment efforts while also managing a full desk, encompassing new business development, account management, and candidate sourcing.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership:
    Lead and inspire a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of achievement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Regional Strategy:
    Oversee regional recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demands.

    Business Development:
    Actively pursue new client relationships and business opportunities within the assigned region, enhancing the company's market presence.

    Account Management:
    Maintain key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic partnership growth.

    Talent Sourcing:


    Lead by example in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent within the AEC & MEP sectors, demonstrating best practices in recruitment methodologies.


    Team Development:
    Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on career progression and skill enhancement.


    Requirements:


    Over 7 years of proven experience in agency recruiting, with a strong preference for expertise in the AEC & MEP industries.

    At least 2 years of management experience in a recruitment agency setting, with a proven track record of leading successful teams.

    Exceptional skills in business development, account management, and talent sourcing.
    Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team of professionals.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
