    This opportunity is for a results-driven, passionate Servicing Advisor in the Northshore suburbs of Chicago who values collaboration, initiative, and maintaining robust relationships in a niche group of professionals.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide comprehensive financial planning advice to HNW and UHNW clients, ensuring alignment with their unique goals and objectives.
    • Maintain and expand existing client relationships through attentive service and proactive support.
    • Conduct thorough portfolio and financial planning reviews, offering insightful recommendations to optimize client investments.
    • Assist lead advisors in managing client portfolios and addressing client inquiries and requests.
    • Cultivate enduring client relationships based on trust, transparency, and personalized service.
    • Lead the onboarding process for new client relationships as needed.
    • Actively manage client portfolios in adherence to firm policies and industry regulations.
    • Engage in firm-wide initiatives and projects, contributing your expertise to drive strategic growth and innovation.
    • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
    • Adhere to regulatory requirements and stay updated on industry best practices.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    • Preferred certifications include CFP or CPA/PFS
    • 5+ years minimum of relevant financial service experience
    • Experience with Money Guide Pro, Black Diamon, and Salesforce a plus
    • FINRA Series 7, 66, and/or 65 licenses
    • Industry knowledge of different financial planning and investment concepts
    • Demonstrated organizational prowess, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing analytical and relational responsibilities
    • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, dedicated to supporting the growth of the advisory practice.
