    Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced school psychologist to join our team as an Evaluation Reports Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the psychoeducational evaluation process, writing and presenting comprehensive evaluation reports, determining eligibility for special education services, and developing individualized education plans (IEP). Additionally, you will help teachers implement classroom accommodations, lead individual and group counseling sessions, run school-wide mental health initiatives and trainings, collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare providers, monitor student progress, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the psychoeducational evaluation process
    • Write and present comprehensive evaluation reports
    • Determine eligibility for special education services
    • Develop individualized education plans (IEP)
    • Assist teachers in implementing classroom accommodations
    • Lead individual and group counseling sessions
    • Conduct school-wide mental health initiatives and trainings
    • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers
    • Monitor student progress
    • Ensure compliance with laws, guidelines, regulations, standards, and policies

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • State licensure or certification as a school psychologist required
    • Strong knowledge of best practices for psychoeducational evaluations
    • Up-to-date on child and adolescent psychology research and standards
    • Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, faculty, and administrators
    • Proficient in helping students strengthen academic, social, behavioral, and emotional skills
    • Demonstrated analytical and time management skills
