- Abachelors degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinicallaboratory science from an accredited college oruniversity.
- Certification as aMedical Laboratory Scientist by ASCP (or equivalent organization),or Histocompatibility Technologist by ASHI, or within 18 months ofemployment.
- Thisposition requires a theoretical or conceptual understanding of thetechniques, methods, and instrumentation utilized in the modernclinical laboratory. Ability to communicate in an effective mannerand work effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion, anddiplomacy.

JOBPURPOSE:
Performs high complexityhistocompatibility testing and related functions includingmolecular typing, antibody monitoring, and flow cytometry thatregularly require a professional level of knowledge to execute,interpret, and/or analyze. Participates in on-call rotation. Duringon-call week there will be work from home structure available.
