    Job Title: Full-Time Nurse (RN or LPN)

    Fargo Elim is hiring a Full-Time Nurse (RN or LPN) to work in our new 88 bed health care center.

    In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care to our residents.

    About the Role:

    • Provide high-quality patient care with a focus on dignity and respect.
    • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
    • Monitor resident condition and report any significant changes to clinical managers and attending physicians.

    Responsibilities:

    • Care for residents with complex medical needs.
    • Coordinate and oversee resident-related care.
    • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment.
    • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.

    Requirements:

    • Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota required.
    • Prior TCU or LTC experience a plus.
    • IV certified or in a current course.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
