Handle all aspects of civil litigation of insurance defense and professional liability cases.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Draft legal documents and correspondence.
Represent clients in court proceedings.


Position Skills :
~3-5 years of experience as Litigation Associate Attorney
~ Admission to Florida Bar- (Must have)
~ Insurance Defense litigation experience- (preferred)
~ Strong legal research and writing skill.
~ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
~ Detail-oriented and organized.
~ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Office is in Tampa, hybrid/flexible work schedule once someone comes on and is acclimated.
3-5 years insurance defense/professional liability $100-130k - Salary Will Be Commensurate With Experience.
